… In exactly the way that bricks don’t
By kate on April 8th, 2005
First, the movie I’ve been waiting for is finally coming out: The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. I’m a little nervous, though, as to whether it’ll be a good take or not.
Also, the burlesque show (Sat 11pm) and tonight’s 10pm show at the Moisture Festival are sold out. Other shows are also selling out, or are close. If you’re planning to come but haven’t bought tickets, you should immediately go to Brown Paper Tickets and get what’s left!

Moisture Festival – quick update
By kate on April 4th, 2005
I don’t have much time to write, but our performance on Saturday at the Moisture Festival burlesque night went swimmingly. The crowd really seemed to enjoy it.
NOTE: If you’re planning to come to any of the Moisture Festival shows next weekend, I highly recommend you get your tickets ASAP. Both shows on Saturday (8pm & 11pm) sold out, and they had to turn away people at the door. I think it’ll only be more popular this week.

This ‘n that
By kate on March 8th, 2005
Damn LiveJournal for eating the longer version of this post! Now, I only feel like posting the basics:
1. After staying home sick all week and watching lots of TV, I found that Degrassi: The Next Generation is as enjoyable as its predecessor (Degrassi Junior High).
2. The Aerialistas will be performing 4 or 5 times at the Moisture Festival, April 1-10. Some of those performances will be extra-sexy, as part of an all-burlesque show. I’ll post exact dates/times when they’re decided for certain.
